Cancellation: At Hair by Erica Conner, appointments are reserved especially for you, and your time is valued. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service total. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled at the stylist’s discretion and the cancellation fee will apply. Some services may require a deposit, which is non-refundable in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. While we understand that emergencies can happen, repeated violations of this policy may result in refusal of future bookings. Exceptions: Consideration will be given for emergencies or sudden illness, but frequent or repeated violations of this policy may result in refusal of future booking.
